Job Overview

We are looking for a proven high-ticket sales closer to sell home improvement and remodeling projects including:

• Roofing
• Impact Windows & Doors
• Kitchen Remodeling
• Bathroom Remodeling
• Flooring
• HVAC Systems

This is a 100% commission position for professionals who know how to close $10,000 to $150,000+ renovation projects and want uncapped income.

If you are used to closing small retail sales, this is not for you.

If you know how to control the sales process and close big contracts, this is where you make real money.

What You Will Do

• Meet with homeowners and property owners
• Present full remodeling, roofing, window, and HVAC solutions
• Analyze customer needs and propose complete project solutions
• Overcome objections related to price, insurance, and timelines
• Close signed contracts
• Follow up on warm leads
• Work with our project management team after the sale

Who We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in home improvement or construction sales
• Proven track record closing high-ticket deals
• Experience selling at least one of the following:
• Roofing
• Windows & Doors
• Kitchens & Bathrooms
• HVAC
• Restoration or insurance claims
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional appearance and confidence

Compensation

• 100% Commission – No cap
• Earn $150,000 to $300,000+ per year
• Paid per closed deal
