Fluffy Fluffy is a fast-growing premium Japanese-inspired all-day café brand known for our signature soufflé pancakes, matcha beverages, desserts, and Japanese café experience. We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Store Leader to lead our Orlando location and help drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, team development, and sales growth.

Position Summary

The Store Leader / General Manager is responsible for the overall daily operations of the restaurant, including team leadership, labor management, inventory control, customer experience, product quality, scheduling, and sales performance.

This role is ideal for a strong operator who enjoys leading teams, improving systems, building culture, and driving restaurant turnaround performance.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Leadership

· Lead and manage all daily restaurant operations

· Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team

· Maintain Fluffy Fluffy operational and product quality standards

· Ensure exceptional customer service and positive guest experiences

· Lead by example with a hands-on management style

· Create a positive, accountable, and energetic work environment

Scheduling & Labor Management

· Manage team schedules using 7shifts

· Control labor costs and optimize staffing efficiency

· Monitor labor percentage targets and productivity

· Manage payroll hours and team attendance

Inventory & Cost Control

· Oversee inventory management, ordering, and food cost control

· Reduce waste and improve operational efficiency

· Maintain accurate inventory counts and receiving procedures

· Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards

Systems & Technology

· Strong understanding of Toast POS

· Manage POS operations, reporting, and troubleshooting

· Support Uber Eats and third-party delivery operations

Guest Experience & Brand Reputation

· Drive improvements in Google reviews and guest satisfaction

· Professionally resolve guest concerns and service recovery issues

· Ensure consistent product presentation and service standards

· Help grow local store sales and community presence

Product & Training

· Willing to learn all Fluffy Fluffy product preparation procedures

· Train and coach team members on SOPs and quality standards

· Support new menu rollouts and operational initiatives

Qualifications

· Minimum 3 years of restaurant General Manager experience

· Preferred experience in bakery, café, brunch, dessert, or fast-casual concepts

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Experience managing labor, inventory, and restaurant financial performance

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Comfortable working weekends and taking weekdays off

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Positive attitude with strong customer service mindset

· Proven ability to improve operations and restaurant performance

Pay: $35,000.00 per year
