Responsibilities Designing and producing art, visuals, and multimedia content for campaigns, promotions, and advertisements across print, digital, mobile, and video platforms. Generating and manipulating images, animations, sound, text, and video into seamless multimedia programs. Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of creative campaigns across multiple channels. Contributing ideas in brainstorming sessions and pitching creative concepts that align with FAIRWINDS vision and marketing objectives. Ensuring brand consistency across all projects and identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborating with outside agencies, vendors, and printers when needed. What Makes You a Great Fit Bachelor’s degree in Creative Design, Interactive Arts and Media, or related field. 4–5 years of professional design experience. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with responsive design, interactive tools, animation, and motion graphics. Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, layouts, and digital file formats (tiff, gif, jpeg, png, eps, pdf). A strong portfolio showcasing design skills across print, digital, and multimedia platforms. Creative problem-solving, attention to detail, collaboration, accountability, and the ability to adapt ideas for diverse audiences.
