The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant who is passionate about driving transformation and growth within leading organizations. In this role, you will deliver strategic, data-driven solutions across key areas such as marketing strategy, customer engagement, analytics, and transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support marketing transformation projects.
• Assess and refine marketing strategies, processes, and technologies to enhance performance.
• Advise clients on areas like campaign optimization, customer segmentation, personalization, analytics, AI, and automation.
• Develop strategies for marketing data, measurement frameworks, and ROI assessments.
• Build and foster strong relationships with clients, identifying additional value creation opportunities.
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposals and responding to RFPs.
• Support internal firm development initiatives to drive growth and innovation.
• Mentor junior team members and create a collaborative team environment.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing trends, customer experience, technology, and AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience in marketing consulting or a related field.
• Expertise in key areas such as segmentation, go-to-market strategy, marketing ROI, cost optimization, or customer data.
• Proven ability to effectively manage projects and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% domestically.

Preferred Experience

• Background in management consulting or experience within a Fortune 500 marketing organization or agency.
• Strong understanding of digital strategy, design systems, and agile organizations.
