What We’re Looking For in a Restaurant General Manager:

• Experience: 3-5 years of current restaurant General Manager experience in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant.
• Drive the key financial metrics on the P&L to meet or exceed targets.
• Build a culture of teamwork and the development of the team.
• A food safety mindset and ServeSafe certification, familiarity with POS systems, and basic restaurant equipment and building maintenance.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead with integrity at all times.

What We Offer the Restaurant General Manager

• Base salary of $65K to $70K with a bonus program that is very attainable and adds $30K to $40K, making this a realistic $100K opportunity!
• 2 weeks' vacation in the first year.
