In this role you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle within Disney Data Products & Platforms governance, shaping strategy and roadmaps for data trust at scale. You'll align engineering, data science, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver cross-system solutions that improve performance, reliability, and user value. You'll define governance-focused product initiatives, drive innovation in data tooling, and communicate impact through compelling presentations. This position combines technical depth with business accountability in a globally recognized brand.

- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for a defined area with clear vision, goals, and measurable outcomes
- Define and maintain product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and success metrics
- Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, data science, marketing, and business stakeholders
- Lead solution definition and delivery for complex features or workflows, balancing feasibility and value
- Oversee product integrations, architectural considerations, and system dependencies
- Guide development of cross-platform applications and system-to-system experiences
- Use research, experimentation, and KPI analysis to inform prioritization
- Identify systemic issues and drive performance, reliability, and usability improvements
- Create personas, customer journeys, and value frameworks; analyze product metrics
- Collaborate with engineering on technical strategy, testing, and implementation plans
- Champion innovative digital technologies to unlock new customer value
- Build depth in product domains, technology areas, and customer segments
- Lead governance strategy, compliance and tools, driving innovation in product development
- Contribute to estimation and planning of complex, scalable projects, including budgets
- Stay informed about emerging technologies to inform recommendations
- Create and deliver high-quality presentations for diverse audiences to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives
- Minimum 7 years of related work experience
- Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Familiar with Data Catalogs, Metadata Management, Access Management tools (e.g., Sailpoint), and Data Anomaly tools (e.g., Datadog)
- Skilled in leading a product area end-to-end (strategy, roadmap, outcomes)
- Strong ability to evaluate trade-offs across user value, technical constraints, and business impact
- Experience driving complex features, integrations, or cross-system solutions
- Established depth in a domain or technology area that informs product direction
- Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders

- Understanding of data pipeline challenges and solutions
