About the Role

The Company is actively seeking a Controller / Senior Vice President of Finance to play a critical role in leading the financial function during a pivotal growth period. This position will oversee all aspects of accounting, finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury, and financial reporting, with a significant emphasis on government contracting. Key responsibilities include managing the financial infrastructure for government contracts, driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, while ensuring compliance with DCAA, DCMA, and other pertinent regulations.

This role will also involve collaboration with program and operations teams to promote financial discipline, enhance margin performance, improve forecasting accuracy, and prepare for potential exit or due diligence activities. Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, a robust foundation in government contracting, and thorough knowledge of DCAA compliance, FAR/CAS, and indirect rate structures. Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven leadership track record, function effectively as a business partner, and exhibit exceptional communication skills. A CPA and/or MBA is preferred, and experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth environment is a strong advantage. This position demands a collaborative, data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment and excels at driving continuous improvement and execution.
