The General Manager will have full responsibility for the overall success of the operation, including financial performance, employee development, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and strategic growth. What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of daily business operations to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
• Maintain full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, expense control, and profitability.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth while maintaining strong operating margins.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team and workforce focused on accountability and results.
• Foster a culture centered on safety, customer satisfaction, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor key business metrics and implement action plans to improve productivity, profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
• Build strong relationships with residential and commercial customers, vendors, and community partners.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives and achieve long-term business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success leading operations within a service-based industry such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, restoration, roofing, landscaping, pest control, or similar home services.
• Proven experience managing full P&L responsibility with a strong history of increasing revenue and profitability.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing operational metrics and financial performance.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences.
• Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
