Sales & Marketing Coordinator|

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, professional, and highly organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for incoming leads. This role is responsible for promptly following up with all the incoming leads and establishing a relationship with them, and scheduling tours for the showroom and for the event specialist team. This role will report to the Executive Director of Marketing, and will use various methods to contact the leads, including text, email, and phone. This role will be responsible for following up on the daily leads coming from the marketing efforts, and calling on them, and initiating conversations and book tours in our showroom. This role is also responsible for following up after the events have commenced to get feedback and obtain Google reviews, discuss customer experience, and encourage referral opportunities.

The ideal candidate is personable, confident on the phone, articulate, and enjoys building relationships. They understand the importance of the sales process, can communicate effectively with clients, and are motivated by helping the company grow. Must be coachable, open to learning, and can understand how to manage leads and conversations.

Key Responsibilities

· Respond to all incoming leads by phone, email, and text in a timely manner.

· Make outbound follow-up calls to new and existing leads.

· Schedule venue tours and appointments with prospective clients.

· Build rapport with clients and confidently learn about our catering packages to answer questions about services and catering.

· Track and manage the complete sales pipeline from initial inquiry to booked event.

· Monitor and report key performance metrics, including:

o Lead-to-tour conversion ratio

o Tour-to-booking conversion ratio

o Response times

o Follow-up activity

· Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure all client interactions are documented.

· Understand and use effective sales language and closing techniques to increase conversions.

· Work closely with the marketing director to provide feedback on leads, rebuttals, and client needs.

· Follow up consistently with undecided prospects to maximize booking opportunities.

· Assist with administrative and marketing tasks as needed.

· Confident speaking with clients and leading conversations.

· Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

· Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office.

· Ability to understand sales metrics and analyze conversion data.

· Self-motivated and able to prioritize multiple tasks.

· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or event planning is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
