Sage Consulting Director - Construction

Overview

In this role you will lead the business software consulting practice within the region, directing staff, strategy, and budgets. You'll oversee delivery of Sage Intacct solutions for clients and guide multi-project engagements. You will strengthen client relationships, promote services, and drive improvement programs across offices. This is a client-facing, strategy-driven leadership position that shapes the firm's digital offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the business software consulting practice and staff
• Oversee delivery and technical aspects of Sage Intacct implementations for clients
• Manage multiple engagements, delegate based on team strengths, and ensure quality assurance
• Build client relationships through marketing/networking and promote new services
• Coordinate with local offices on initiatives and delivery capabilities
• Develop improvement programs to grow services in the practice

Key requirements

• 6 years of experience developing and implementing business software technology solutions (8 years preferred)
• 3 years of supervisory or project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
