Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our medical practice team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and patient engagement.

Duties

• Help to increase awareness of an existing Vein and Vascular Center and build Physician referrals in the Central Florida area (including Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Orlando, Lake Nona, Winter Park, Oviedo, Ocoee, Clermont, Leesburg, and The Villages areas)
• Develop a routing to ensure “target” Physician offices are reached and track interactions.
• Monitor Physician Referral reports to identify current and/or past referring offices
• Build relationships with the office staff, (referral coordinators, MA’s or other key personnel with referral responsibilities) as well as the Providers, to maximize the number of referrals.
• Coordinate lunches and Physician visits with key offices.
• Seasonal help to distribute Holiday gift or special event tickets (i.e. Magic tickets)
• Assemble “marketing packet” to ensure referring offices have business cards, trifolds, updated insurance list, etc. to make office contact as easy as possible.
• Coordinate with internal Administrator, Physicians and staff to ensure open communication and goals are being met.
• Attend marketing meetings with outside firm as needed.
