Houseman Handyman for Private Residence. Possible housing on site.

Private residence seeks a deeply service-oriented, naturally accommodating gentleman with very good home and property maintenance skills.
He shoud be detail oriented and comfortable doing hands-on skilled maintenance work inside and outside. Also weekly home chores and general household tasks assisting family as requested.
Living on site is not required, however, private furnished living quarters may be available as part of compensation for one skilled person. Background, references and drug screening. Upto $20 per hour if no housing provided.
