As a Liability Claims Team Lead, you drive the performance of a claims group focused on Commercial General Liability with complex cases. You'll guide a team to deliver high-quality, timely service while upholding GB's Best Practices. You'll shape talent through hiring and coaching, balance workloads, and leverage Gallagher's technology to boost efficiency. You work closely with clients, carriers, and brokers to maintain professional, proactive communication. Responsibilities

• Supervise a liability claims team across varied caseloads to ensure quality and efficiency
• Promote and enforce GB's Best Practices in claims handling
• Lead adjuster hiring and training to foster performance and continuous improvement
• Define team goals, motivate performance, and manage workloads for optimal efficiency
• Utilize Gallagher's technology to enhance team efficiency and service quality
• Communicate professionally and proactively with clients, carriers, and brokers
• Identify development opportunities and prioritize coaching for team members

Key requirements

• 7+ years of related claims experience with Commercial General Liability, including complex litigation, bodily injury, and property damage
• 4+ years of prior leadership experience
• Nationwide jurisdictional experience preferred
• High School Diploma required
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of all team member related functions
