AE - Selling Team Leader (Assistant Manager)

Overview

As the Selling Team Leader, you drive sales and operational excellence while developing a high-performing team. You lead by example, coaching staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences and maintain brand standards. You partner with the Store Team Leader to shape short- and long-term plans, optimize KPI performance, and ensure store integrity. This role blends people leadership with hands-on store operations and a strong focus on customer service and brand values.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty
• Analyze daily trends and reporting to guide strategic business decisions
• Develop short and long-term business plans to achieve key KPIs
• Motivate, coach, and hold the team accountable to customer service standards
• Recruit, hire, and train strong team members to meet business needs
• Provide ongoing performance feedback, development plans, and regular reviews
• Execute and innovate daily operational procedures; maintain visual standards and keep fitting rooms guest-ready
• Maintain store safety and Asset Protection standards; adhere to company policies
• Represent integrity and uphold brand values in all tasks and interactions

Key requirements

• Retail management experience leading teams
• Strong multi-tasking, detail orientation, priority-setting, and time management
• Ability to lead and develop teams; knowledge of employment law
• Business acumen and store operations understanding
• Flexible availability to meet guest shop hours
