Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate engineering production activities for an operating unit
  • Make authoritative decisions and provide strategic recommendations
  • Engage with senior management and negotiate critical issues
  • Lead project delivery with emphasis on technical quality, cost, and schedule
  • Ensure safety policies are rigorously applied and field work quality meets the QA/QMS
  • Support and mentor a multi-disciplinary team to achieve project goals
  • Develop standards and guides for diverse engineering activities
Key requirements
  • BA/BS in Civil Engineering or related field with 10 years of related experience or equivalent including 2 years of leadership
  • Valid U.S Driver's License and pass AECOM's Motor Vehicle Records Review
