Actively support and uphold the Company’s stated vision, mission and values.ResponsibilitiesOversee armed guard teams across all shiftsMonitor use of force protocols and weapons handlingCoordinate detainee transport and external security operationsTrain staff on tactical response and emergency proceduresPatrol facility perimeter and secure entry/exit pointsEscort detainees during external movementsRespond to security breaches and emergenciesMaintain weapons and tactical gear readinessProvides direction and guidance to staffImplements emergency plans and achieves rapid recovery of program support services in the event of an emergency, natural disaster, or other calamityEnforce safety standards, risk monitoring, and risk managementJob RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED; Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Homeland Security, or a related field3–5 years in armed security, military police, or law enforcement; 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred.Familiarity with ICE Performance-Based National Detention Standards (PBNDS)Familiarity with detainee transport protocols, perimeter security, and emergency response procedures.Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, be organized and have excellent verbal and communication skills.Ability to obtain and maintain favorable background investigationsMust be proficient in English; able to receive and understand detailed information through oral and written communication. Must be proficient with computers, common office equipment, and MS Office suite.Meet the requirements of the contract for all immunizations.Must be able to work full time hours, weekends, and holidays.Must be at least 21 years of age.Must be a US citizen or permanent resident, Resided in the US for 3 years in the past 5 years.Preferred QualificationsLaw enforcement or military background preferredORR or ICE experienceCPR/First Aid certificationActive firearms certification (e.g., HR-218, state POST), Use of Force, and defensive tactics.BilingualHas undergone a federal investigation at the level of Tier 2 or higher; has been granted favorable suitability/eligibility and has not had a break in service for more than 24 months.
